What is the story like?

In Bijelo Maasai Ratnik, the documentary Benjamin Eicher received an extraordinary opportunity: Maasai warriors were invited to live as they and to become a warrior, for the first time that the White Man was placed for the first time. With a film crew, Eicher travels on the northern part of Serengetia and starts dating in the Maasai way of life. The basis like them, teaches your traditions and beliefs and learns to hunt and play like Maasai. He teaches some surprising facts about Maasaia, one of the last somewhat insulated tribes on the planet. They prefer to play over the battle, do not hunt wild animals and keep the herds of animals. They are also never paved and show that cooperating with forest rangers when they happen on the saliva trap. They also steal a goat from a nearby village during despair time, a debt that will be returned shortly afterwards. Along the way, Eicher finds a deeper appreciation and love for Maasai warriors and finds out that his limitations truly become one of them.

Is that good?

He almost doesn’t say that, in his assumption, this interesting documentary. The first white man who was invited to join Maasai warriors and living as they do – of course, this will be mott-made. Maybe it is equally equal to the Maasai culture as anything else. We learn how they prefer to play over the battle, not eating wild animals, how to perceive time. There are also some humorous moments – who is expected to say a man to say something mystical to say she wants beer. Benjamin Eicher, a documentary called to join Maasai, faces the limits of his courage in the wild and decide to drive into a jeep in a scene when he faces the danger in the shape of fast carnivores in trees.

If there is a comprehensive problem with White Maasai WarriorThis is that this review strives for the competition of deeper introspections. One of the reasons that Maasai invites Eicher to join them so that the world can see how they live, because they fear that their isolated lifestyle begins to disappear. We get this review in abundance, but relatively little about what “white Maasai warrior” also means and the world on top. There is a long-lasting feeling that the documentary should be more than changing out of suit and tying up to the warrior dress and drinking sheep’s blood. It is interesting on your own merit, but there is a long-lasting feeling that it should be more than what is presented.
