If you have set up a home project, you are not the Padma Lakshmi yourself, the television host and the author, admits that it is divided into one of it.

“I’ve figured out my office and get new curtains for a few years,” she said in an interview with Tlumach. “There is so much disability to do any renovation of the house, and I also have been busy – but I think it will make me feel better when I do. And I hope it will do it soon.”

Fortunately for Lakshmi, she could combine a little DIY skill with the help of the App Thumbttack to finally lead to a house to life.

Renovation included some simple updates such as fresh, mint-green colors and ceiling that leans into a color trend – and rejection of space to make it more functional and more convenient for productivity.

Lakshmi key for organized cuisine

Host Taste nation and a former host Top Chef– And the author of several cooks-Lakshmi also shared some thoughts on how to keep the kitchen.

“Have a clear understanding of how you move through space and what you achieve most often,” she said. “In my case, my collection of spices is integral for my cooking as a pilot palette is on his or her canvas. And so, my spices are easily accessible while standing in the furnace.”

She also said that she has adapted storage trays for their spices, so they are easy to see and find what she needs, and even organized by the region and how often they use.

Why a large kitchen is not always better

If you often dream about a huge kitchen with a big chance and more closet than you could ever, maybe you may want to think twice.

Lakshmi told her current kitchen, which she designed many years ago, sometimes she feels too big, and too large kitchen can become impractical.
