What is the story like?

Marry Christmas Follow two brothers, Tom (Joey Lawrence) and Austin (Matthew Lawrence), who reserves the same Christmas wedding day every day. Overlap plans create a complete conflict of family because brothers try to solve mixing without cancelling their individual celebrations. As both couples are prepared for their great day, the situation leads to a series of logistics challenges involving a family, eager to a wedding planner (Diego Rodriguez) and the coordination of the place, and everything is idle.

This Lawrence-Bobinscions Concontion feels like lifeless moving through Romac Clichés vacation, built around a conflict that never feels more than hiccup planning. Two brothers accidentally reserves the same wedding date and spending a film that crossed it, but there is no real tension or humor to maintain interest. The dialogue is stiff, pacing dispute, and the girls are so translated that they barely exist outside their respective smiles and pastel cabinets. Everyone moves predictable to the good final of the feeling that feels more forced than earned.

One saving mercy is Donna Lawrence, which brings a much needed spark as stupidity, Boozy Grandma stands out real wisdom and laterally equally. Everyone else fades in rest rest for rest, including Joey Lawrence, which seems to have misplaced the charm that used to watch him. The children will not find him funny, and adults will be hard to stay engaged if they are not in the holiday film to the end.

Talk to your kids about …

  • Families can talk about how brothers could solve their problems in a better way. How could Austin and Tom act to avoid any conflict?

  • What does the film have to say about the importance of the family during the holidays?

  • Do you think women’s characters could give more to do? How do you think they could contribute to the story?
