The woman finds love abroad in gentle romance; mild language.
What is the story like?
After he kicked her boyfriend John (Ben Feldman) a night of the marriage, Amanda Riley (Rachel Leigh Cook) jumps on the opportunity to travel for a job and run away in the tourist guide for love. Mona (Missi Pyle), her boss in a tourist company, is sending Vietnam to apologize to the local organizer of the tours that think about buying. The convenient guide of the Sinh (Scott Ly) leads the operation, along with his relative anh (Thanh Truc), whose father owns the company. Sinh and Amanda start having feelings for each other, but Sinh does not know that the company is for sale, and Amanda did not reveal its professional involvement.
Is that good?
The Vietnam setting is the latest element in this formulant romantic that follow previous Netflix productions, sends an American woman in a distant locality to get a perspective and fall in love. Cook seems a little separate from her character in Tourist guide for loveAnd her pairing with LY lack enough steam of chemistry to make their vital choices trust. Ly’s performance is more relaxed and succeeds in a casual smile through many #lifelendons Transfers. Truc is wonderful as his spunkie cousin. The big question can be writing, which sets several obvious scenarios and excessively scripted dialogues on the way to completing the formula. Vietnam is at the postcard worthy of the show, and come to the romance, but stay for locations.
