What is the story like?

After scoring 1,000 high school points, Freshman Cory (David Henrie) is looking forward to the promising basketball College under the leadership of the support coach (Beau Bridges) while after a stroke. Although he can’t use his left side, the forecast is not good, even the physical therapy starts with the help of his mother, physical therapist. But as Cory struggles to return to life and return to school, he grabs with depression, uphill recovery and finding a new meaning in his life outside the basketball.

Is that good?

Even basketball fans can hardly stick to keeping this somewhat a little sport film. Although he has a positive message and ends on high notes, most 1000 to 1: Cory Weisman story is boring is drilling through a physico therapy and needed with Cory’s recovery. Too much focus is consumed on the Cory’s physical condition and recovery, and thin, the parcel chefatel is not enough to hold most interests of viewers.

Parents seeking a pure sports film and a positive role model can be fans. But Tweens who are old enough for the topic, can be difficult to get into the plot, even if rooted for Cory.
